General Federation of Arab Journalists’ conference opens in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The International Conference of Arab Journalists Federations was opened in Baghdad on Saturday, with the participation of 20 Arab states, represented by the Journalists Unions Chairmen of those states and the Leaders of the leading media organizations. The Chairman of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mo’ayad al-Lamy, has told IraqiNews.com on Friday that the meeting of the Arab Journalists Unions would cover the discussion of press freedoms in the Arab Region and the freedom of press and opinions.
