Iraqiya bloc withdrawal will not be long, MP Alawi

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: White Bloc MP Hassan al-Alawi said today that Iraqiya bloc withdrawal will not be for long, expecting its return following this vacation. Alawi told IraqiNews.com that “many damages shall be inflicted on the political process”, predicting its return after the present vacation which “it is inopportunity to solve differences among the political entities and reach positive results”. Iraqiya bloc, headed by Iyad Alawi, suspended its participation in Iraqi parliament deliberations, calling Premier Nouri al-Maliki to change his methods in administering the state. Relations between Alawi and Maliki were deteriorating since the last elections, particularly on the nominations of the security ministerial posts and the agreements signed among all political entities.
