Nujaifi, Shalgham discuss Arab role in Iraq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Parliament Speaker Osama Nujaifi discussed today with the Arab League Secretary General representative in Iraq Naji Shalgham the necessity of activating the Arab role in Iraq . In a statement issued by the Parliament, discussions were held on present security situations prevailing in the local and Arab arenas. Nujaifi said that the Arab League has its historical weight and presence in the Arab world and the region, in addition to its pioneering role in the Arab and regional issues.
