One civilian killed, kidnapped woman freed in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A civilian was killed and a woman was freed in two separate incidents in Mosul , security sources said here today. The source told IraqiNews.com that a civilian was killed by armed gunmen in a market west of Mosul . The culprits fled the crime scene, while security forces started a prompt  investigation. In another incident, a military force freed a kidnapped woman, east of Mosul , and arrested one of the kidnappers. No other details were given. Mosul city, center of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of the capital, Baghdad . 601
