Maliki demands Kurdistan to hand over Hashimi
BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Premier Nouri al- Maliki demanded the Kurdish government to hand over vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi , who was charged with “terrorism”, warning on his escape abroad. In a press conference held today, talking on vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi question, he confirmed that “the duty of the Kurdish region is to hand over who is wanted by the law”, pointing out that the non-handing over or his escape will incite new problems”.
