Talabani, Nosherwan contacts after two years of differences

SULAIMANIYA / IraqiNews.com: President Jalal Talabani phoned head of Kurdish Change Movement Nosherwan Mustapha after two years of differences.   Public Relations responsible at the Movement Mohammed Tawfeeq told IraqiNews.com that both sides discussed the present situation specially in Kurdistan and Iraq , as a whole, as well.   This call is the first since the separation of the Movement from the National Union in 2007 and entering the Kurdish election in a separate list in July 2009.   Change Movement got 25 seats in the 111-seat  parliament.   Bilateral relations were characterized with tension during the past period, but witnessed some improvement in the last few months, according to observers. 2153
