The Cabinet is responsible for drawing state policies, Premier Maliki

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Premier Nouri al-Maliki said today that the Cabinet is the responsible organ to draw the policies of the state according to the constitution.   In a press conference here, talking on vice-president Tariq al-Hashimi question, he stressed that the Cabinet is the only organ responsible to draw the state policies, according to the constitution.   “No alternative to solve pending problems but the constitution itself”, he confirmed.   He added that “the constitution is not perfect, but better than nothing” RM 228
