4 members of cop’s family injured in Salah al-Din blast

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Four members of a policeman’s family have been injured in an explosive charge blast against their house in Balad township of Salah al-Din Province on Sunday night, a security source reported on Monday. “A group of unknown gunmen have planted an explosive charge at the garden of a house of a police element in Balad township, south of Tikrit, the center of Salah al-Din Province on Sunday night, that blew off, seriously wounding him with his wife and two children, who were driven to hospital for treatment,” the security source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
