20 guards arrested suspected for Angolan equipment demolition

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com : Ninewa Operations Command announced late yesterday that 20 guards were arrested following the explosions that hit Angolan oil company equipment here. The source told IraqiNews.com that the “private guards were arrested for investigation purposes”. Unknown gunmen exploded yesterday, Thursday, nine pieces of equipment used in  oil excavation that belong to the Angolan oil company in Najama and Qayara oil fields. The site was vacant of foreign workers, except the Iraqi guards. Mosul, center of Ninewa, lies 405 km north of the capital, Baghdad.RM(TP)/SR1577
