Nujaifi’s visit to Turkey for “medical treatment” – MP

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Turkmen MP, affiliate to Iraqiya bloc, said that the visit of  Parliament Speaker Usama Nujaifi to Turkey is to for medical treatment. MP Nabeel Harbo told IraqiNews.com that “some parliament members know of his illness, so the advised him to go to Turkey for medical treatment due to the presence of European physicians there, though he wanted to go to Germany”. He added that “this visit on his personal expenses and will not meet any of the Turkish officials, but if they want to visit him, he will receive them accordingly without political discussions”. Harbo criticized the call of MP Alia Nsaif of the White Bloc for clarifications for this visit. RM (TS)/SR 2451
