3 Qaeda members arrested in Wassit

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Three wanted men were arrested including a Qaeda leading member north of Wassit, Police Commander announced today. General Hussein Abdul Hadi told IraqiNews.com that Wassit police forces were able to arrest 3 Qaeda wanted members during a security operation in Suwaira area, 135 km north of Kut, including a leading member in Qaeda organization. He added that investigations were conducted immediately. Kut, center of Wassit province, lies 180 km south east of the capital, Baghdad.2676
