750 Mujahidi Khalq members ready to return to Iran – ambassador

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iranian ambassador to Baghdad announced here today that 750 anti-Iranian Mujahidi Khalq members are ready to return to Iran, pointing out that the return permission includes the leaders of the organization. Iranian FARS news agency quoted ambassador Hassan Dana‘i saying that Iran always welcomed their return, because they “lived in a state of abduction”, he said. He added that the leaders of the organization prevented the members from leaving the camp. “The return shall be for the ordinary members whose hands were not stained in Iranian blood” the ambassador confirmed. The Iraqi government gave Mujahidi Khalq organization a period of 6 months to leave according to the agreements reached with the United Nations, till a third country accepts them.
