BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Premier Nouri al-Maliki called in an expanded meeting with senior officials, military commanders, governors, heads of provincial councils, and security personnel to heed “plans of terrorists and killers”, warning the military and security leaders “from indulging in political strife”. In a statement from the meeting, which was attended by acting minister of defense Saadoun al-Dulaimi, it noted that discussions on the internal security and its relations with the developments in the area was held. The Iraqi Commander in Chief  warned against indulging in political strife, because “the military should be away of these conflicts, as well as we regard indulging in such strife is a treason”. He called for “coordination and cooperation of the local governments with the military and security commanders to eradicate the killers, terrorists and sectarian inciters”.
