Philippines foreign minister discusses re-opening embassy

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zebari discussed today with Philippines foreign minister Albert del Rosario bilateral relations and re-opening the Philippines embassy in Baghdad.
