FM receives Arab League delegation

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari received Monday a delegation from the Arab League led by Assistant Secretary General Sameer Sayf al-Yazal for talks over security, administrative and organization preparations for the coming Arab summit, a ministry statement read.“Zebari praised efforts by the pan-Arab organization’s efforts for the success of the summit and voiced Iraq’s commitment to the league’s resolutions and Arab consensus,” added the statement.A league official said the conference will discuss important economic topics, including the Arab energy strategy, food security, water and disaster management.
