MoA, USAID delegation discuss cooperation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Technical Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Mehdi Dhamad al-Qaisi, discussed with a delegation of the American Agency of the International Development (USAID) the possibility to develop the agricultural extension and the scientific research.
