Basra SJC: New plans to establish courts

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The spokesperson of Basra Supreme Judicial Council Jasim al-Musawi declared assuming new plans to establish courts in the province.

Musawi said to (IraqiNews.com) “The plans include building, rebuilding and expanding the courts in the districts; Abul khasib, Zubaiyr, and Safwan, as well as inaugurating new courts in both of Hartha and Umm Qasr districts.”

He added “SJC in its last session discussed the topic of recent registration lawsuits and (113) article of Criminal Procedures for Internal Security forces Code.”
