INA stresses importance of holding upcoming national meeting within week

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi National Alliance confirmed “The unity among its components and its openness towards the political projects presented by some political sides.”

A statement by the IAN received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “During its meeting, which was headed by Ibraheem al-Jaafary, and attended by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, on last Thursday night, INA discussed the latest political updates and the current dialogues over the national meeting.”

“INA stressed the importance of holding the upcoming national meeting within a week,” the statement added.

“INA emphasized the adherence to the constitution as a base to settle the disputes and called to the active participation in the national meeting,” the statement mentioned.

“INA assured the separation among the three authorities and respecting the independence of the judicial authority,” the statement concluded.
