MoT: Mutual committee formed between Iraq, Iran in Transportation sector

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Administrative Deputy of the Ministry of Transportation Salman al-Bahadeli discussed with Senior Deputy of the Iranian Ministry of Transportation Jamshid Noor Salehi means of enhancing the developed relations between both countries and means of sustaining the cooperation transportation sector.

A statement by the Ministry cited that "Bahadeli received the Senior Deputy of the Iranian Transportation Ministry and the accompanied delegation, where the two sides discussed with attendance of the technical Deputy of the Iraqi Ministry Benkeen Rekani as well as a number of officials in the ministry, means of sustaining the mutual relations between both parties in transportation sector."

The statement added "We formed a number of joint committees between Iraq and Iran in fields of aviation, land navigation and sea navigation to discuss means of promoting these sectors as well as means of making use of the Iranian expertise in this regard."
