Harb describe Obama’s decision to keep state of emergency in Iraq as Positive

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The legal expert, Tariq Harb, considered the decision of the US President, Barrack Obama, to keep the state of emergency in Iraq as “Positive”.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday, Harb stated “Issuing such decision by Obama is positive that gives him the authorities to stop suspending or confiscating the Iraqi money or setting the judicial warrants in the US courts.”

“The period of the decree is one year only which was issued in May 2011 and that was done since 2003 at the time of the former US President, George Bush,” he added, assuring that “This decree is the guarantee to the Iraqi money where Iraq pays 600 Million USD in 2011 to settle the US personal claims.”
