MoE sets regulations for implementing projects

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Electricity set regulations to organize the deals concluded between the contractor and the employee while implementing projects of the ministry. The Spokesperson of the Ministry cited “During his meeting with delegation representing Shanghai Co. which is implementing Zubaidiya steam station project in Wassit province, the Minister of Electricity Aftan stressed on setting regulations between the contractor and the employees to organize the relations betwen both sides while implementing the projects,” emphasizing the provision of “basic designs and programs of the work progress that include accurate information.” He added “The minister announced that the ministry decided to deal with consulting firm to supervise the performance of the Chinese Company in order to diagnoses the negatives if any,” assuring that “Our demand for a consulting firm does not mean that we are not satisfied with your performance but it is an evidence for our backing to you for the service of implement the project in its integrated form.”
