White bloc calls to cancel some Ministries for bad performance

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The White bloc suggested canceling some Ministries for their failure in presenting the services to the citizens, calling to “grant their authorities to the Provincial Councils.”

The Secretary General of the White bloc, Jamal al-Batiekh, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Due to the urgent need for the services, I suggest canceling the Ministries of Municipalities, Agriculture, Electricity and Health and allocating their allocations to the provinces.”

“The Central Government is activated by the Federal Ministries while the Ministries of Services should be transformed to the Provinces,” he added.

He emphasized “the corruption which is widely spread in the Ministry of Electricity.”
