Maliki confirms Iraq’s adherence to success of 5+1 meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, discussed the talks of 5+1 meeting over the Iranian nuclear file with the Iranian delegation for the meeting which is headed by the Secretary of Supreme Council of Iranian National Security, Saeed Jalili, on Tuesday.

A statement by Nijaifi’s office received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Maliki received the delegation, which was headed by Jalili, at the governmental palace in Baghdad.”

“Maliki explained that Iraq seeks providing the suitable conditions for the talks, expressing his hope to result in solutions for the concerned issues,” the statement added.

“Jalili assured that his country is looking for settling the pending issues concerning the Iranian nuclear file between Iran ad the countries of 5+1 in Baghdad meeting,” the statement concluded.
