Iranian ambassador: Baghdad meeting to be historical

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iranian ambassador to Iraq, Hassan Dannie, described the talks of the (5+1) meeting in the current situation of Iraq as being “Historical for all”.

In press statements, Dannie said “Many did not believe that a meeting in such high level to be held in Baghdad, but the solutions are well set which will make the meeting historical for all.”

“In Iraq, all the security, administrative and logistic circumstances are available to hold this meeting,” he added, noting that “Iraq has held the Arab Summit and the Iraqi government, in all its constituents, proved its ability in this field.”

“Holding Arab Summit in Baghdad supported its position in the Arab League and holding (5+1) meeting will support its position in the international level,” he pointed out.

“All the political sides in Iraq welcomed holding this meeting in Iraq.” He concluded.
