Samarai: INA only side to decide withdrawing confidence from Premier

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Chairman of the Wasat Alliance Ayad al-Samarai said that “The issue of withdrawing confidence from the Premier Nouri al-Maliki should be left to the Iraqi National Alliance to decide about it,” stressing that “The other political blocs will deal with the matter on the basis of the INA’s decision.” Samarai added “Muqtada al-Sadr, the key-figure within the INA, is the one who suggested the issue of withdrawing confidence from Maliki, therefore, it is up to the INA to solve this subject,” noting that “The other political sides will deal with the issue according to what comes out of the INA.” He mentioned “We can not predict what will happen to this issue without submitting it to the Parliament and discussing it with the Premier since we have many measures to be considered to reach a compromise other than Erbil and Najaf meetings’ resolutions.”
