Urgent – 5+1 meeting concluded in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The rounds of the 5+1 meetings were concluded in Baghdad on Thursday afternoon.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com confirmed “The negotiations between the delegations of the six countries and the Iranian delegations over the Iranian nuclear program were concluded.”

“The results of the meeting will be announced during a press conference that will be held later,” the reporter concluded.

Earlier, the meeting of 5+1 started in Baghdad on Wednesday noon to negotiate over the Iranian nuclear program.

International Atomic Energy Agency chief, Yukiya Amano, on last Tuesday, said that he expects Iran to sign an agreement “quite soon” to allow inspections of facilities suspected of being used in a covert nuclear-weapons program.

The United States of America and the western countries accuse Iran of attempting to have a nuclear bomb; Iran denies these accusations confirming its intention to use the nuclear program for peaceful aims.

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, delivered a fatwa over prohibiting the use of the nuclear bomb which consolidates the Iranian intention to use the program for peaceful aims.
