Jalili visits Najaf province on Friday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of Supreme Council of Iranian National Security, Saeed Jalili, visited Najaf province on Friday.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com mentioned “Jalili and the accompanied delegation arrived in Najaf on Friday morning where he visited the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali and met the four religious authorities in Najaf.”

“According to source from the Iranian delegation, Jalili discussed the general situation in Iraq and the regional as well as Arabic political updates,” the reporter added.

“Jalili arrived in Najaf coming from Karbala which he arrived in on last Thursday night,” the reporter assured, stressing that “Jalili is expected to leave the province on Friday afternoon heading to Iran through Najaf airport.”

Jalili arrived in Baghdad on last Tuesday to participate in the 5+1 meeting over the Iranian nuclear file.
