UN expresses satisfaction over 5+1 talks in Baghdad
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-Moon, expressed the UN’s satisfaction over results of the (5+1) group’s talks that were held in Baghdad.
The Spokesperson of Ki-Moon stated “Ki-Moon is satisfied over the good intentions of the two sides to achieve good results from the talks and he welcomed the continuity of the talks in Moscow on the 18th of June.”
“Ki-Moon wishes Tehran to keep the cooperation with the other sides during the next talks in order to get the confidence of the international community towards it nuclear program,” he added, pointing out “It is very important to the international community to apply the deals that were achieved during the last visit of the head of the International Agency for Atomic Energy to Tehran.”
It is worth mentioning that the Secretary of the Supreme Council for the Iranian National Security, Saeed Jalili, headed the Iranian delegation in the (5+1) talks which were held on last Wednesday in Baghdad.
