MP urges CoM to real solutions for Nineveh

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohammed Eqbal, of the Iraqiya Slate stated “The session of the Council of Ministers, which will be held in Mousl, must have real solutions to the issues that the people of Nineveh are facing.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Holding the meetings of the CoM in the provinces is positive issue if it expands the authorities and solve the issues of the provinces where we wish that the meetings are not meant for political purpose.”

“The biggest trouble in Mousl is the security elements because they belong to the other provinces which make it hard to deal with them and the confidence between them and the citizen is limited,” he added.

In regard to the disputed areas, he assured “This is a sensitive issue in Nineveh and needs to be settled in a situation other than the adopted method because discussing this issue will increase the crisis.”
