Demonstrators protest attempts of withdrawing confidence from Maliki in Anbar

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Anbar province witnessed demonstration on Monday.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com stated “Dozens of citizens demonstrated in al-Tamim area of western Anbar to protest the attempts of withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.”

“The demonstration ended after one hour,” the reporter concluded.

Earlier, the spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, stated to IraqiNews.com “We managed to get the required signatures to withdraw confidence from Maliki,” noting that “The MPs’ signatures were collected from all the blocs.”

Earlier, the spokesperson of al-Ahrar bloc, Mushriq Naji, expected “The President, Jalal Talabani, will submit the request to withdraw the confidence from the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, to the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi.”
