Kobler meets Kuwaiti Emir to discuss Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Iraq, Martin Kobler, has visited Kuwait on Wednesday to discuss the Iraqi – Kuwaiti relations where he met the Kuwaiti Emir, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jabber al-Sabah and other key officials.
