Asadi rules out directing ISF against political partners

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Khalid al-Asadi, ruled out “Directing the Iraqi Security Forces by the government against the political partners because the ISF are found to protect citizens.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “We will not allow to orient the ISF against any political side as they should be directed against the armed groups, corrupted and murderers to impose the law.”

“Some sides threat the political process by implementing foreign agenda,” he added, stressing that “With the presence of some national political sides which adhere to the democratic process, the country will not face troubles.”

Some sides from Nineveh province assured that the government “intends to direct the ISF against some political sides.”
