MP: Ahrar bloc to continue it project for withdrawing confidence from Maliki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Jawad al-Hasnawi, of Ahrar bloc assured that “We have information from the security forces over arming a number of young people who belong to the ruling party in addition to the Support Councils to serve the ruling authority.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “These people will be loyal to certain persons in the authority.”

“Ahrar bloc is going on in its national project for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki,” he concluded.

Earlier, the President Jalal Talabani assured, on last Saturday night, that “The number of the MPs who have signed a request to withdraw confidence from the Premier Nouri al-Maliki reached only 160 MPs which is less than the required number limited by 163.”

It is worth mentioning that the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, and the Deputy Premier, Salih al-Mutleg, participated in a meeting in Nineveh to discuss the efforts for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.
