Maysan postpones land’s distribution on journalists

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) Maysan Governorate has postponed the date which is allocated for the distribution of the pieces of land on journalists till further notice.

The Second Deputy of Maysan Governor, Khaled al-Kabean, stated to IraqiNews.com on Monday that “The distribution was delayed due to administrative reasons, although, all the required documents were accomplished and checked,” without clarifying the causes for the postponement decision.

Maysan Provincial Council has voted unanimously, a year ago, to grant the journalists pieces of land to honor them for their media participation and the resolution of the Maysan PC was approved by the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works and the Journalists Syndicate.
