Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Wael Abdul Latif, of the Iraqi National Alliance stated that there are internal and foreign pressures against the President, Jalal Talabani, to delay submitting the request of toppling the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki to the parliament.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he stated “Talabani has the constitutional right to submit this request without collecting the required signatures, but the pressures prevented him.”

“The political leaders did not adhere to the constitution as they did with their promises to the Iraqi people,” he added.

“The political situation can witness splitting blocs from the alliances and joining the blocs together due to the foreign interferences and the payments,” he concluded.
