Maysan Governor: 188 service projects assigned in Maysan province

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) Maysan Governor, Ali Dawai, announced “Assigning 188 projects with a cost of IQD (271) billion to be implemented on various sectors of health, education, higher education, electricity, water, sanitation, roads and bridges, housing and amusement parks across the province .” Dawai said “These vital service projects will cover a large number of districts in addition to the city center.” Maysan Governor has announced earlier that the province annual budget of 2012 which is about 342 IQD billions, will involve 244 service projects,” referring that “46 billions IQD from the sums retained from the previous budget have been added to the 2012 budget in order to implement a number of strategic projects.”
