Araji calls to reveal investigation report over parliament bombing

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The member of the parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Qasim al-Araji, called “The parliament Chairmanship to reveal the results of the investigations report conducted over the parliament bombing that tool place in 2011.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The parliament Chairmanship is delaying presenting the report despite the fact that it was completed three months ago.”

“Earlier, the Speaker confirmed the necessity of presenting the report but now the parliament Chairmanship is delaying presenting the report without showing the reasons,” he concluded.

The parliament building was targeted by a car bombing that resulted in killing a person and injuring four others including the Spokesman of the Kurdistani Alliance, Muayad al-Tayib, in 2011.
