Maliki heads meeting of Ministerial Committee for Construction, services

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, headed a meeting for the Ministerial Committee of the Construction and Services on Wednesday.

A statement by Maliki’s office received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Maliki called to double the efforts in construction and services fields and to consolidate the cooperation among the Ministries to present the best services to the citizens.”

“Maliki emphasized the necessity of following up the projects to realize the levels of accomplishment and to observe the violations committed by the contractors,” the statement added.

“Maliki praised the field tours conducted by the Ministers to inspect the implementation of the projects,” the statement concluded.
