Iraqi Olympic Team beats Lebanon

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Olympic Team won its match against its Lebanese counterpart held on Thursday evening in the Omani Capital Muscat within the Asian Olympic Qualifiers.

The final result of the match was (5-1) for the benefit of the Iraqi Team.

The Iraqi team scored the first goal at the last minute of the first half.

The second half witness four goals for the Iraqi team (65-81-85-90) to add three points for the Iraqi team to put it on the top of the table for the third Asian group.

Iraq has won its three matches played in these qualifiers after beating Turkmenistan (4-0), India (2-1) and Lebanon (5-1).
