Intensified security measures conducted around mosques in Fallujah

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Fallujah Police department intensified its security measures around the mosques in Fallujah district on Friday

The Commander of Fallujah Police Forces, Colonel Mohamed Alaiwi, stated to IraqiNews.com “We received intelligence information over the armed groups’ intention to target the persons who conduct the Friday Prayer in the mosques.”

“The security measures appointing checkpoints, launching patrols around the mosques and at the roads leading to the mosques,” he concluded.
