MP: INA considers withdrawing confidence from Maliki as "Constitutional case"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hamid al-Khudhari, of the Citizen bloc confirmed that “The Iraqi National Alliance considers the request for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, as constitutional case.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “INA does not object the constitutional cases but the Alliance does not support withdrawing confidence from Maliki because it is against the national interests at the current stage.”

“During its Wednesday meeting, INA agreed upon consolidating the unity among its sides, conducting reformations and adopting the openness towards the other national sides,” he concluded.

Earlier, INA held a meeting on last Wednesday and stressed the importance of holding national dialogue among all the political sides.
