Maliki recalls to condcut dialogue to settle political disputes

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, renewed his call for the political blocs to conduct dialogue to settle the political crisis.

In the anniversary of the Political Prisoner Day, Maliki said “We call our partners to preserve our country and work according to the constitution that we swore on and we assure that there will not be a settlement for the crisis or providing service without conducting dialogue and adhering to the consultation, but we are surprised for the rejection of some parts.”

“We have to make good relations among us and the international community on the basis of the exchanged respect and no interference in the internal affairs except Israel where we do not need any relations with it,” he added.

“We are sure that the current crisis, which I consider a problem, would not be existed without foreign interference in addition to the rejection of the partners to conduct dialogue,” he pointed out, assuring that “The current crisis will not be the last one, but will be followed by many problems that could be easier if settled through dialogue.”

“The political prisoners are oppressed and we have to treat them fairly and call the Martyrs and Political Prisoners Foundations to expedite the prisoners’ requests and the parliament to endorse the law drafts that could compensate them,” he concluded.
