Ahrar bloc to sue intelligence officers in Basra

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Uday Awad, of Ahrar bloc assured that “The bloc will sue some officers of Basra Intelligence Department because they violated the rights of the citizens in Basra province.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he criticized “The way adopted by these officers in dealing with Basra citizens,” noting that “They behave like the officers of the former regime.”

He called “The intelligence officers to deal with the citizens according to the human rights and respect the safety of the citizens.”
