Khuzai: Misled media not to ruin brighten image of Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Vice-President, Khudair al-Khuzai, stated “The tourism sector will defeat the misled media that trys to ruin the brightened image of Iraq.”

A presidential statement received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday cited “Khuzai received the of the head of the International Tourism Organization, Talib al-Refai, and the accompanied delegation in his office in Baghdad where he stressed that benefit of the tourism is not only in the economic sector but to reflect the Iraqi culture to the world because it shows interest in the Iraqi culture and humanity.”

“During the meeting, Khuzai stressed the necessity of exchanging the experiences that develop this important sector,” the statement added.

“For his part, Refai assured that the Organization and the United Nations support this vital sector because it resembles the history of the human beings and a means to deal among the religions and cultures, assuring the interest of the Organization to share its activities with Khuzai in order to reflect the religious and cultural tourism.”
