5 killed. Injured eastern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Five persons, among them two officer of the former Iraqi Army, were killed or injured due to a bomb explosion in eastern Mosul.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday “A bomb exploded in Muthana neighborhood of eastern Mosul which resulted in killing a retired Brigadier and injuring his brother a retired General from the former Iraqi Army, as well as injuring three other persons.”

“A security force hurried to the explosion site and cordoned off the location, transporting the injuries to the hospital for treatment and the dead body to the morgue,” the source concluded.
