MoE: 4th unit of Musayab Power Station rehabilitated

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Electricity announced entering the fourth unit of Musayab Thermal Station, which consists of 4 units, to the service and link it to the national electricity grid at a capacity of 200 Mega Watts. The Spokesperson of the Ministry Musab al-Mudaris said “The project was supervised directly by the Minister of Electricity Karim Aftan and implemented by the engineering and technical staff in the Directorate General for Producing Electric Energy in the Middle Euphrates.” “The earlier mentioned generating unit has been rehabilitated by the Russian Company Einerj Orment in collaboration with staff of Middle Euphrates Directorate in an exceptional time of six months,” He concluded.
