Sihail, Iranian Ambassador discuss bilateral relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The first Deputy Speaker, Qusay al-Sihail, and the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq, Hasan DanayFer, discussed the means of upgrading bilateral relations and the political situation in Iraq and the Region.

A statement by Sihail’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Sihail received Fer at his office in Baghdad on Tuesday,” noting that “Both sides reviewed the issues of the mutual concerns and the means of consolidating parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.”

“Sihail stressed that the Iraqi parliament seeks upgrading its relations with the parliaments across the world as it has parliamentary friendly committees with most of the parliaments,” the statement concluded.
