Babel in Ramadan, intensive security measures, less curfew hours

Babel (IraqiNews.com) Babel Police Command decided to intensify the security measures and reduce the hours of the curfew imposed on the province for the occasion of Ramadan holy month.

Police source reported to IraqiNews.com Thursday “The security measures will include increasing the number of foot patrols on markets as well as providing further protection for mosques, especially at evening times,” noting that “The night curfew period would be limited from two O’clock till four O’clock in the morning to enable the citizens do their religious and social activities.”

The source stressed the cooperation between the security departments and the intelligence departments to provide necessary protection for citizens.
