Central Government refuse to allocate salaries for night guards, says Babel PC member

Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) The Head of Babel Provincial Council, Kadhim Majed Toman, revealed that “The Central Government refuses to collect funds from citizens to pay the salaries of the night guards.”

He mentioned to Iraqi News IraqiNews.com on Sunday that ”The Central Government refused to collect funds from citizens to pay salaries of the night guards,” noting that “The Ministry of Finance refused to allocate salaries for them.”

He added that ”The Local Government demanded the local councils and the mayors of districts to collect funds from citizens to pay salaries for the night guards because their areas will be subject for security breaches if the guards left their duties there.” \
