Maysan Police honors 180 promoted officers

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) Maysan Police Department honored a number of police officers who have been promoted earlier to higher ranks. A statement by the Directorate quoted Maysan Police Commander, Major General Ali Ghazi as saying “The Police Department of Maysan held a ceremony at the Conferences Hall in Amara city with a distinctive official attendance by the local government to honor 180 officers who have been promoted earlier during July, 2012.” Ghazi added “The honored officers are affiliated to departments of Facilities Protection, Traffic, Civil Defense, General inspector Office and Internal Affairs.”
